The main objective of this joint project is to produce policy recommendations for the Russian government on how to design, finance and manage PP/P programmes, while taking into account of the specific conditions in terms of Russian science and education capabilities, existing forms of public research organisations and industry interface, and the level of market relations in innovation sphere in Russia.

PARTICIPANTS

You will be able in the informal atmosphere of a closed country club to exchange opinions with high-level representatives of public and private sectors of economy, top managers of ministers and federal services in charge of making of a government policy for innovation, take advice of world known Russian and foreign analysts and experts, in particular from the Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development, the World Bank, UNDP, in the field of intellectual property and innovation development. You can present your own opinion, which will be taken into account in formulating of political recommendations for the Russian Government in the field of creation of public-private partnership and innovation policy of the country.

Working languages of the conference: Russian and English.

VENUE

It's not occasionally that Le Meridien Moscow Country Club, nestled in a beautiful birch forest amid picturesque lakes, spread over approximately 120 ha, 40 km from the Kremlin and 15 km from the Moscow Ring Road, 35 km from the Sheremetyevo 2 international airport, in Krasnogorsk district, not far from the town of Nakhabino, has been chosen as a venue of the conference.

This is a five-star hotel of the European level with developed infrastructure and a unique 18-hole golf course, the home of the Russian Open annual tournament. This tournament became a part of the PGA European Challenge Tour Event from 1966.

VISAS

To get entry to the Russian Federation, you have to receive entry visa granted by the Embassy (or the Consulate) of the Russian Federation in the country of your residence at the presentation of the letter in support of the visa issue and certain formal papers needed for the visa granting.
